Return & Exchange Policy for ToyBee.PK


Checking Warranty: We offer a 1-week checking warranty on all products. You can easily exchange any product that is delivered faulty or damaged.

How to File a Complaint: Any complaint must be raised with a short video and pictures. Send them to toybeeonline@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +92-313-6179612.

Refunds & Exchanges: We will process a refund or exchange if you inform us within 2 days of delivery. For a return, you must send the product back to the return address on the package slip within 3-4 days. We will initiate the refund to the bank account you provide within 48 hours of receiving the item. Please note, if your original order had free delivery, a Rs. 200 charge will be deducted from your refund to cover the initial delivery cost.

Color Policy: Product colors may vary upon delivery. Colors are not covered under our Refund or Exchange Policy unless you paid an additional fee for a specific color.

Packaging: Do not place any tape or stickers on the manufacturer's box.

Inadequate Returns: If a product is returned to us in inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
